Where the boats flow more than the cars, where the birds tower above the houses and where silence drowns out the excitement, the Hotel Comércio is at the foot of a kind of amphitheater that is Caldas de Aregos, formed by small houses surrounded by a green expanse of different trees that descend the hillside. with the frontage facing the Douro River its landscape is that of boats of different shapes and sizes and their quiet stirring in the waters.  The development comprises the Hotel Comércio with 17 air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathroom and a Turist House with 3 rooms with en-suite bathroom, living room and kitchenette. 

The bright and cheerful colors that characterize the interior of the Hotel combine with the blue of the Douro River and the sky, the green of nature and the orange of the sun. Result of a deep remodeling, in which the original design was kept together with a restoration intervention that raised its comfort, the Hotel Comércio enjoys all the surroundings that the Douro River and its banks provide. As we cross the street, we find right there the Thermal Spa and the Marina of Caldas de Aregos.
