The new face of Porto
Located in the eastern part of the Oporto city, close to Campanhã Station and the future Intermodal Terminal, these houses open to hillside and to the landscape of the Douro river and Areinho beach. 4 Houses, with 1 suite located in a semi-closed mezzanine on the top floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor. The right foot amplitude links the open space living room to the mezzanine and opens the all house to the terrace facing the river. These houses are a unique place in the Oporto City.
Tradition and comfort
Located in the picturesque neighborhood of Bouça, hidden in the cosmopolitan flow of the Oporto city these houses are one of the last strongholds of rural Porto. This project included the total recovery of 4 ruins with a common entrance and its update to modern levels of comfort and quality. These houses maintained their original stone construction, with the remaining structural work developed in wood.
